Incidents are read from Florida Highway Patrol's public dispatch view once a minute and assigned to a road, city and ZIP from the reported location. Orlando Police active calls are read from the city's public list once a minute. Addresses are rounded to the block. Nothing about the people or vehicles involved is collected. Counts are what we observed while collecting, not a census of every accident. When a month ends its figures are frozen.
