What we collect, who sees it, and how long we keep it.

When you send a request

The form asks for your first name, your last name, your mobile number and the best time to reach you. Your email address is optional, and we ask for it only so we can send you a copy of your own request. We store those answers, the ZIP code of the page you used, the page itself, the date and time, the sentence you agreed to, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. The last three are our record that you gave the clinic permission to contact you.

We send your name, mobile number, email if you gave one, best time and ZIP to the clinic named on the page. That is the only place your details go. We do not sell them, we do not share them with anyone else, and we do not send them to lawyers.

We keep the request and the consent record for five years, because that is how long the clinic may need to show that you agreed to be contacted. You can ask us to delete your details by writing to privacy@okafter.com.

What we never do

We never text or call you ourselves. We never contact anyone who did not fill in this form. We publish no phone number for a clinic, and we have no advertising on this site.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If measurement is switched on, we use Plausible, which counts page views without cookies and without collecting anything that identifies you.

Incident information

The incident pages come from Florida Highway Patrol’s public live traffic feed. They carry a road, a place, a time and a type. They never carry anyone’s name, licence plate, vehicle or the dispatcher’s notes, and we do not collect those things in the first place.
